Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the orders and will take 4-8 days to arrive
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within your order confirmation email
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking.
What if my order was damaged in shipment
Please email us at info@jigsawhouse.cc about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within a 30-day period from the date of delivery.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Estimated delivery time: Please allow 10-20 business days for international deliveries. (Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processes.)

Returns
What is your return policy?
Jigsaw House aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund. You have 30 days to do this, providing the product/s are unused and in its original packaging.
Returns must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In the original packaging it came in, including storage cotton bag and original box
Please ensure to use the return label provided by Jigsaw House when sending your item back so our team can determine the arrival of your package.
Return Conditions:
Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Jigsaw House does not offer store credit for returned products.
You can return your item(s) purchased from jigsawhouse.cc up to 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund. Jigsaw House does not accept returns on items purchased outside of jigsawhouse.cc. For exchanges, please return your item(s) and replace an order for the correct item. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
